FD Redesign

A gradual modernization for the German Floorball Association: refining logos and building a consistent visual system across the organization, national teams, and competitions.

The project began in 2024 with a deliberate choice against a full redesign. With many changes happening across the association simultaneously, continuity mattered more than contrast. The existing logo was reviewed in detail, with spacing, typography, ball, and flag elements adjusted for balance and legibility. The national team emblem followed the same principle, with consistency across jerseys, gear, and merchandise as a key requirement. Logos for commissions and departments were developed for stationery and official communications.

Competition identities were updated as well, including the Floorball Trophy and the German Championships, each with its own recognizable look within a coherent system. The work extends to social media assets, rink advertising, and custom-designed medals and trophies.
