Faces

Faces

Faces is an installation in which a dynamic particle animation is projected onto a nearly transparent, multi-layered fabric. The screen is shaped like a mirrored ā€œSā€, allowing visitors to observe the seemingly chaotic movement of particles from different perspectives and experience how they gradually assemble into a human face over time. The material and layered arrangement of the fabric create a subtle sense of depth, inviting viewers to move around the piece and explore the animation from shifting viewpoints.

Faces was developed as part of the course Beyond the Screen, which focused on expanding digital content into physical space and exploring new forms of spatial interaction.
